Dr. Cathy A. Harrison, DNAP, CRNA

Dr. Harrison has been providing anesthesia services for the citizens of Virginia and members of the United States military for over 40 years. She began her anesthesia career working with the anesthesia group providing anesthesia for Richmond Memorial and Henrico Doctors Hospitals. From 1981-2000, she was a member of Chippenham Anesthesia Associates.

LCH Anesthesia Services, LLC was formed in 2000. At that time, Dr. Harrison began her office-based anesthesia practice as the president/owner of the company providing anesthesia for plastic surgery and dental offices. She also continued to care for patients at St. Mary’s Hospital with West End Anesthesia Group. During this time, she also taught nursing students at Bryant and Stratton College. In 2013, she focused on her office-based practice working with plastic surgeons and dentists. Her expertise in inspections for the Department of Health Professionals was honed while she inspected only dental offices throughout the state of Virginia. At the present time, Dr. Harrison works exclusively with several dental practices in Central Virginia

Her education includes Diploma Nursing, Diploma Nurse Anesthesia, Bachelor of Arts Healthcare Administration, Master of Nursing, Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Virginia Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Association of Military Surgeons of the United States and community organizations Citizens Emergency Response Team and Medical Reserve Corps.
